The price has three parts: metal, setup and labor. The metal is charged on its fine content at the day’s spot price; gold, platinum and palladium carry 3% metal loss. Setup is a preparation fee charged once per model in each order, separately for each metal and karat. Labor is priced per piece, is the same for a model in every gold karat and drops as quantity grows; for multi-process models, it is confirmed once we see the model. Plating, logo and karat stamps are included. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT; exports are VAT-exempt.

As few as one. A single piece and a full production run are made to the same standard; you can start with one piece and take the same model into production later. Labor drops as quantity grows.

Your 3D model is ready for approval in 2 business days. If you’d like to see it in hand, a fitting model or silver sample is ready in 5 business days, design included. Once the model is approved and the metal is paid, gold and silver orders of 1–49 pieces are ready in 3 business days and orders of 50–199 pieces in 7 business days; platinum and palladium orders of 1–49 pieces are ready in 7 business days. For larger quantities, the timeline is set with your order.

You do. The CAD file is yours and, after your first production order, we hand it over whenever you ask, at no extra cost. We never produce your design for another client or add it to our catalog.

Gold: 8K, 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K, 21K and 22K (333, 375, 417, 585, 750, 875, 916). Yellow, rose and white; color options vary by karat.
Silver: 925; unplated, or gold, rose gold or rhodium plated.
Platinum: 950.
Palladium: 950.

Beyond the standard finenesses, we cast to any custom fineness you require, in every metal. The metal is priced on the piece’s actual fineness, stated clearly on the invoice.

A model is made with the same labor and to the same standard in every gold karat, 8K, 9K and 10K included. For the European market, we can make white gold in nickel-free alloys that meet the EU nickel rules.

Every piece is hallmarked and its purity is guaranteed; its karat and weight are stated on the invoice. Any manufacturing defect is our responsibility: we repair or remake the piece and cover all costs, shipping included.

Yes. You can bring your own stones and our setters set them to suit the design, or we source them for you: natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones, all certified. The cost of the stones is set out separately in the quote, according to the stones chosen.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds share the physical and chemical structure of natural diamonds and offer the same brilliance at a far more accessible price. We source them in every shape and size, IGI certified. For brands, they also make it much easier to keep the same size and quality of stone across a whole collection. A lab-grown stone is always stated as such on its certificate and invoice.

By bank transfer: in Turkish lira within Türkiye, and by SWIFT in USD or EUR, depending on your country, from abroad. The metal (with 3% metal loss for gold, platinum and palladium) is paid on the estimated weight at order confirmation, with its price fixed at the day’s rate. Labor is paid on delivery, when any difference in actual weight is added or refunded. Every order is invoiced. View our bank details

We ship insured worldwide and prepare all documents for every shipment, including the invoice, certificate of origin and export paperwork. Shipments are fully insured for their value and tracked. Freight, insurance and the destination country’s duties and taxes are paid by the buyer, and are set out in advance.

Yes. We welcome you by appointment at our workshop in Elmas Kule, Istanbul.

Yes. A sketch, a photo or a reference is enough; we build the 3D model, with two revisions included. If you already have a file (3DM, STL, OBJ), we start from it. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

A bespoke piece is priced like any order: the design, the setup and the labor for a single piece, plus the metal at the day’s price. For a 2 g ring in 14K, design, setup and labor come to $285 in total, with the metal and 3% metal loss added at the day’s price. You can work out your own piece in the pricing section.

Bespoke orders come in a premium box with special packaging; you can collect them in person or have them sent by insured shipping.

Both work. You can choose from our existing models and have size, karat and details adapted to your brand, or start from your own design. Model options are shared on request.

Your designs and your brand are used only for your work and never shared with another company. We begin every project by signing a mutual NDA.

Yes. A fitting model or silver sample is ready in 5 business days. The fitting model (wax or resin) is included in the design; a silver sample is $100, metal included.

Yes. If you wish, we stamp your logo on every piece, alongside its purity hallmark.

Since the model is ready, repeat orders go straight to production and there is no design fee again; the quality matches the first order.

Brand orders are delivered in bulk, hallmarked and individually protected; retail packaging and fulfilment remain with the brand.

Wholesale rates apply from 1 kg in gold; for other metals the threshold is set out in the quote. Labor is priced per gram; the unit rate depends on the model’s workmanship, karat and total weight. The metal is priced on its fine content plus 3% metal loss at the day’s international spot price and fixed when you confirm the order.
